There are moments in life when the old way no longer holds, and the new has not yet arrived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grief, change, endings, beginnings – these thresholds can feel disorienting, tender, and deeply personal. They are not problems to be fixed, but passages to be tended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Threshold Weaving<\/strong> is a one\u2011to\u2011one ritual container for women who are moving through grief, womb\u2011centred transitions, or significant life changes, and who wish to be accompanied with presence, care, and depth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This work is slow, embodied, and respectful of your own rhythm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Navigating a major life transition (relocation, separation, becoming or not becoming a mother, spiritual or vocational shifts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Feeling between worlds<\/em> and needing a space where nothing needs to be rushed, solved, or explained away<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    You do not need to have words for everything. You do not need to know where you are going.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How I work<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    I offer attuned accompaniment<\/strong> rather than advice or fixing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Within our sessions, I may gently weave together:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Grief\u2011literate presence and holding<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Embodied practices (gentle yoga, somatic movement, breath, rest)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ritual and symbolic work for thresholds and transitions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Herbal wisdom (teas, infusions, plant allies when appropriate)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Optional cacao as a ritual support (when aligned and suitable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Each session is shaped by what is alive for you. There is space for silence, movement, tears, reflection, and meaning\u2011making, all held with care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This work is not therapy, coaching, or medical care<\/strong>. It is a relational, body\u2011based, ritual form of support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The container<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Threshold Weaving<\/strong> is offered as an 8\u2011week one\u2011to\u2011one container<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This structure allows enough time for trust, depth, and integration, while remaining clear and bounded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Closing ritual<\/strong> to honour what has shifted and integrate the passage<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Simple, optional practices between sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Gentle email or voice\u2011note support between sessions (within agreed boundaries)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
